BACTOLIFE COMBI PROTECT POWER
BACTOLIFE COMBI PROTECT POWER is mineral fertilizer based on boron (B) and copper (Cu) elements. Boron facilitates the transfer of nutrients to plants during plant growth playing an important role in growth, development, fruition and seed formation stages Enabling rapid meristematic tissue formation as well as pollen development and germination, it plays a more active role in generative, rather than vegetative development of plants. Boron is mostly concentrated in leaves and reproductive parts and least concentrated in roots, fruit and seeds. It is static within plants. Boron requirements of plants are very low in quantitative terms and their response to it varies widely. However, boron deficiency or toxicity levels differ very little from plant to plant and these problems are commonly seen in plants. Its symptoms are observed first among young leaves and growth points. Plant root growth slows down and stops. Their sensitivity to sunlight increases and sunburns occur. Internodes get shorter. Young leaves shrink, gets deformed to be followed by fluffiness and hollows on the leaves. They often grow thicker than normal and have a dark bluish/greenish color. Bud, flower and fruit formation slows down or completely stops. Consequently, plants become shorter and have a bushy appearance. Crop development and yields are affected in an extremely negative way. Also boron deficiency-related cold and salt stresses lead to significant crop yield losses.
On the other hand, the copper element within BACTOLIFE COMBI PROTECT POWER adds further value to this fertilizer. Copper is one of the indispensable elements for chlorophyll synthesis. It plays a decisive role in photosynthesis, protein and vitamin synthesis. It is concentrated in plant roots and carries out functions within nitrogen metabolism as well as in protein. Its deficiency leads to withering in shoots, brown spots on terminal leaves, narrower and smaller young leaves and finally slower development. Branch tips of fruit trees also tend to wither. Providing nutrient elements, BACTOLIFE COMBI PROTECT POWER also makes significant contributions to controlling certain fungal and bacterial diseases in annual and perennial plants thanks to its formulation.
Guaranteed Content: Water-soluble copper (Cu): 5%, Water-soluble Boron (B): 3%
Application Method: 2-20 L of BACTOLIFE COMBI PROTECT POWER, after being diluted in 1 tonne of water, can be directly applied to soil, plant leaves and stems on a 1 ha area through soil, plant leaves and stems with drip irrigation system or holder/pulverizator.
Soil application (the amount of product to be applied to 1 ha area after being diluted in 1 tonne of water)
Vegetable: First applied two weeks after planting to be continued until final harvest period with 15 day intervals. Applied either to seed bed or root zone (5 L-2 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Citrus: First applied during flowering to be continued until one month prior to harvest with 20-25 day intervals. Applied after being added to irrigation or drip irrigation water (10-20 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Cotton: First applied two weeks after planting to be followed by applications with 20 day intervals until final harvest period (5-20 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area)
Fruit trees: Applied during budding, flowering, fruit formation period and in the middle of the season as fruit keeps growing (10-20 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Field crops: Applied during growth period with each irrigation activity (20-30 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Flowers, watermelon, melon and pumpkin: Applied 3 times during growth period (seedling, bud and flower stages) with 15-day intervals through drip irrigation (20-30 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Grass areas: Applied 3 times during growth period (15-25 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Orchard: Applied 3 times starting with leaf formation until harvest period with 30-day intervals at pre- and post-flowering stages and when fruit reaches the size of a nut (2-2.5 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Banana: Applied starting with fruit formation period (10-20 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Foliar application (the amount of product to be applied to 1 ha area after being diluted in 1 tonne of water)
Vegetable: First applied two weeks after planting to be continued until 15 days prior to harvesting (2-2.5 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Citrus: Applied starting with fruit set until fruit reaches normal size. It can be dispersed with holders in addition to being mixed into sprinkler irrigation (2-2.5 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Cotton: Applied during flowering and boll formation period (2-2.5 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Fruit trees: Applied during budding, flowering, fruit formation period and in the middle of the season as fruit keeps growing (2.5-15 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Field crops: First applied 4 weeks after planting to be continued until 15 days prior to harvesting (2-2.5 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Flowers, watermelon, melon and pumpkin: Applied 3-5 times in every phase starting with plant growth and until harvest period (12.5-17.5 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
Orchard: Applied 3 times starting with leaf formation until harvest period (before and after flowering and when fruit reaches the size of a nut) with 30-day intervals (2-2.5 L with 1 tonne of water on a 1 ha area).
