HUMANICA
HUMANICA is an organic matter containing and soil conditioning fertilizer based on Leonardite which has a dark color and soft texture. Soils factors require reconditioning if their structures suffer disruption along with efficiency and productivity losses due to certain factors. Today various practices are deployed for this purpose. However, these practices have to be economical, regulate soil structure and enhance plant growth. HUMANICA has both a direct and indirect impact as a soil conditioning fertilizer. In the first phase, it enables loosening and aeration of clay soil by improving soil structure. It enhances seed contact and plant root growth. Therefore, it improves organic structure of soils. It plays a major role especially in rendering degraded soils productive by increasing nutrient availability and biodiversity. It assumes an important function by tackling with physical soil degradation issues including soil compaction, decreased permeability, aeration and water holding capacity and chemical/biological phenomena such as soil salinity, heavy metal pollution, and decreased nutrient usefulness/biodiversity. HUMANICA has a cation exchange capacity (CEC) of 350-450. It ensures kleyt bonds with metals thanks to organic acids, amino acids and hormones, humic and fulvic acid it contains. It reduces toxic effects of heavy metals and salt stress in salinated areas as well as enhancing water holding capacity of coarse-textured soils and plant resistance against diseases. HUMANICA also influences, albeit indirectly, root growth, fruit yield and quality of perennial plants (especially tea, walnut, hazelnut, almond and citrus) as well as vegetable crops and ornamental plants.
